In Babylon’s Covert War author J.H. White builds a provocative and compelling argument designed to strengthen the U.S.’s response to the global threat posed by Islam and radical Jihadists. Building on history, military strategy and tactics, Middle Eastern ideology, and practical anti-terrorism experience author White paints the stark picture of America’s failures in defending against Islam’s war, but also offers up an actionable plan to rectify past failures. There are those that have described the current war on terrorism as a new phenomenon, one that has emerged only in the last several decades. The truth, however, is that the United States, and its allies have been dealing with a multitude of radical forms of Islam ever since the founding of U.S. It could be argued that in all that time a cogent and effective strategy should have evolved to inform modern opponents of Holy Jihad, or minimally to aid U.S. efforts in dealing with the Iraq War. But sadly, this has not been the case. Babylon’s Covert War not only lays bare the complex web of contributing factors to Islam’s battle against the West, but also details the reasons why all wars are not the same and why Islam’s war must be more fully understood by the U.S. if Jihadism is to be stopped. Written with grit and brutal honesty, Babylon’s Covert War will disturb many, but it is a book that must be taken seriously by anyone concerned with world peace and the fate of free people.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Is it possible to really win the War on Terrorism? Are there really reasons for Jihad that can be understood and countered by the West? Is military or martial action the last-best chance for ending the threat posed by Islam? In his new and controversial book, Babylon's Covert War, the author answers these and other complex questions related to the global fight against radical Jihad. Islam has a strategy that was incorporated by Muhammad in the 7th Century that has continued in various forms over a multitude of battlefields be they military, social, or political. During the emergence of Islamic domination, the United States never fully grasped or understood that Islam was a creature that grew and survived through deceit, lies, and falsehoods. Western, and particularly U.S., mistakes regarding Islam's rise to power, coupled with political interference from Washington D.C. and hampered by traditional-minded military strategists, have allowed Islam to grow and spread outside of the traditional boundaries of the Middle East. For its part, Islam is more than happy to exploit the divisions caused by the West's inability to act decisively against perceived threats, fully understanding that our inaction ties the hands of the true warriors who are ready, willingly, and able to act to neutralize it. Islam's threat has been long lived, and until it is met with force and destroyed totally it will not subside.
Babylon's Covert War relies on solid research and the author's own expert anti-terrorist expertise to build its compelling argument that Islamic terror is something the West has been grappling with for hundreds of years. Written with clarity and an insider's perspective of the War on Terrorism, the author has written a book that will provoke some and anger others, while it enlightens anyone concerned with the current threats of international extremism.

These books are a suggestion of what should be read to begin to understand what Islam is and why you, the citizen need to stay informed. Islam has a strategy that was incorporated by Muhammad in the 7th Century and has continued in various forms over a multitude of battlefields, be it military, social, or political. During this emergence of Islamic domination, the United States was involved in its own conflicts, some of which pitted both sides against one another, but was never fully embraced and understood that Islam is a creature that grows and survives through deceit, lies, and falsehoods. Our mistakes, those not dealt with fully or interrupted by Washington D.C. and traditional military types coupled with advances in technology, have allowed Islam to grow and spread outside of the traditional boundaries that is the Middle East. Islam will continue to exploit the divisions caused by social stupidity and political interference that ties the hands of true warriors that fully appreciate this threat and what must be done to end it.
The painting below was a gift to the US Regional Embassy Office - Al Hillah, south of Baghdad, and was presented to the staff as such. Understand that this particular painting is illustrating much about what Islam, in its true nature, actually represents. Unlike Christianity, where one would not see Jesus Christ welding a sword and cutting down those that oppose him, instead the viewer sees a violent action occurring that is quite normal in Islamic society. The painting revels several points about the ideology of Islam. First, the single attacker is being killed by the faceless Muhammad, as is the group as a whole. The Army, which stands in opposition in the foreground, is waiting or held at bay by the strength of this prophet. Second, the representation of each single person, group, and army is more than what is represented on the face of the painting. Last, the painting reveals that no mere man can destroy Islam, whether in a group or large army. This tells us about what Islam has conveyed to its followers. The individual represents all men and their individual attempt in destroying Islam (Muhammad), the groups represents organizations in their attempt to surround Islam, but are cut down. Finally, the army in the distance is any nation that attacks Islam and is held back by the faceless prophet. In order for Islam to be countered, it must be a joint effort by all three groups. The painting serves as an important insight and intelligence value on how Muslims view themselves compared to the rest of the world.
